Description

The Delta Education Science First Collection introduces basic science concepts and helps early readers develop the skills and strategies they need for reading and writing about science. The collection includes standards-based science content, rich, color photographs for strong text support, tables of contents, glossaries, headings, labels, and diagrams to help develop important skills in reading for information as well as developmentally appropriate, interactive text. Students will explore the definition of an animal, what they need to survive and how animals change as they grow.
