Will you honor my contracted pricing with Nasco Education?
Yes. There are no immediate changes to contracted pricing. School Specialty and Nasco Education pricing remain separate today, and pricing will be honored based on where you place your order.
Will my Discount Quote Number (DQN) continue to work on the Nasco Education website?
Yes, continue to use the same DQN when shopping with Nasco Education.
Will my School Specialty invoicing or billing change as a result of the acquisition?
No. There are no invoicing or billing changes required by School Specialty customers.
Will my Nasco Education invoicing or billing change as a result of the School Specialty acquisition?
Yes. A transition from Nasco Education (FEIN# 81-2923579) to School Specialty, LLC (FEIN# 85-2162684) has occurred. Nasco Education customers, please update your accounts payable information or contact your bank to update the remittance address for payments which is listed. These changes are not required by School Specialty customers.
