Frey Scientific Neo Sci AP Biology Lab 13 Enzyme Activity 8-Station Kit allows the students to conduct experiments that discover the effect of temperature, pH on the overall rate of reaction by using catalytic enzyme, peroxidase. The parameters of the enzymes as well as the substrate concentration can be evaluated on reaction rate. Students can define generalizations about enzymes by focusing on a particular enzyme and learn about the relationship between enzyme structure and function.
