Constructed of all-birch panels and solid maple, this loft features high handrails, wide 10-1/8-inch step treads and clear panels for easy viewing of activities. Assembly required. Headroom under standard loft is 38-5/8 inches H. 7 feet 10-1/8 inches W x 4 feet D x 6 feet 2 inches H overall. Adding the Loft Height Extending Package will raise the Standard Height Loft 14 inches (sold separately). Single loft has 500 pound weight capacity. Recommended age range is 2-5 years old. NOTE: The minimum ceiling height for this loft is 8 feet.
