The Legend Fitness Performance Series Reverse Back Extension/GHD Combo machine provides strength training in the lifting phase and stretching in the return phase, so it has both an athletic training component and a rehabilitation one. It comes with a 200-pound weight stack in 10-pound increments. A weight stack upgrade of 250 pounds is available. Tough but smooth pillow block bearings feature grease fittings for easy maintenance. PowerMax pulleys prolong cable life and use shielded bearings for long lasting, smooth action. The cam plate features a thick, chrome-plated pop pin plate for easy, smooth adjustments time and time again. The diamond plate footplate easily and quickly adjusts for length. The handles move out of the way with a single pop pin adjustment, and the relocated step makes it easy to mount or dismount the machine in either direction. Ships fully assembled.

  • The single-weight stack design features a 1:1 pulley ratio which provides a feeling of the true weight of the stack, a 200-pound weight stack as standard, a 'combo' design which allows the machine to be used as both a Reverse Back Extension and a GHD, a comfortable rollover hip pad design, a 20-pound counterbalance to offset the weight of the roller pad and lever arm, and an adjustable leg roller when used as a Reverse Back Extension and adjustable footplate when used as a GHD
