Qualifying Quickship items must be submitted on customer purchase orders containing only Quickship items.
The Quickship specified lead time (timeframe the product will ship within) begins when the purchase order is received by the factory.
Orders submitted with quantities greater than the listed limits will result in standard lead time shipments.
Orders submitted with a mix of Quickship items and non-Quickship items, or two different Quickship types, will default to the longest product lead time.
IN THE EVENT THE PURCHASE ORDER FAILS TO MEET ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, SCHOOL SPECIALTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH DATE(S) OF DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION, OR LEAD TIMES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION BASED ON CONTRACT (INCLUDING “CHARGE-BACKS”, “LATE FEES” OR SIMILAR), TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF CUSTOMER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Include only qualifying Quickship items in your order
Orders over Quickship quantity limits, including combined orders, will follow standard lead times
Ship dates are based on when the manufacturer receives your purchase order - may be a few days after you place your order
If your order includes items with different lead times, it will ship based on the longest lead time
