The loft features deep 10-inch treads and a fully carpeted upper base. Features 52-5/8 inch headroom. The loft platform measures 96 x 48 inches. It measures 12 feet x 4 feet x 7 feet 4 inches. The double loft has a 1000-pound weight capacity. The recommended age range is 2-5 years old. NOTE: The minimum ceiling height for this loft is 10 feet.Features
