Description

Thwack, thomp, CRASH! Hear the roar of excitement as your students break through the crust of an asteroid and race to load iron onto the spaceship with their electromagnets. This is WAY more than just a magnet on a stick; each Pick-Up Stick is custom engineering by kids with a super strong electromagnet and grapple claw that can grab paper clips, soup cans, candy, and all sorts of stuff! Grades 3 – 12 (different documents for different ages). Some adult assistance is helpful for 3rd-graders. TeacherGeek is not a toy; it’s way better! Kids love making real things, especially when they get to use age-appropriate tools. Kids will need a Phillips screwdriver and AA battery to make their Pick-Up Sticks.
