About This Item

Description

Students will engineer a contact lens using 2 different materials. The will determine the correct material and concentration that has similar properties as a contact lens, while discovering the correct optical properties, tensile strength and hydrophobicity. This kit has all of the materials needed for 15 groups, including a teacher's manual and student study guide copy masters.
