Prepaid living material codes can be redeemed online, by mail, fax, or a phone call to Customer Service. Living materials will be shipped once the code is redeemed. An additional handling fee is applied to cover the processing and shipping required for live organisms. Please keep your Living Materials Card Code in a safe place. You will need this unique code to redeem your live organisms when you’re ready.</div><div class="feature-description"><h2>Features</h2><ul> <li>Living Material code is non-transferable and redeemable only for the material indicated.
