Exercise ball is designed from rotational molding, which produces a virtually indestructible, seamless, soft, and rubber-like shell with etched seam ridges for easy gripping. Although other ball colors/sizes may be shown, please note that this light blue ball (4 kilograms or approximately 9 pounds) is sold individually. Complement with lower or heavier weight exercise balls (sold separately) for challenging different body areas and advancing/lower activity levels as needed. If you use weighted balls for training and wish to focus on the same muscle groups, ball sizes must remain constant, regardless of weight.
