It is designed to accommodate 8 paper rolls of up to 9 inches diameter with a 3 inch core. The rack is welded construction of heavy square steel tube. Bulman cutters smoothly dispense many types of paper including butcher paper, Kraft paper, and wrapping paper. They cut evenly, using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade.
