Description
This animal cell model is used for biological study. The model is 20,000x life size for detailed examination of cell structures, and includes the following organelles: nucleus, endoplasmatic reticulum, mitochondria, ribosomes, polysomes, and Golgi apparatus. The model also depicts centrioles, lysosomes, and fat vacuoles, and the extrusion of a Golgi vesicle and pinocytic signs. The model is numbered, and includes a key card for identifying features. The model is made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, which is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength, resisting reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. The model measures approximately 38.0 x 24.0 x 48.0 centimeters (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
