Kaye Products Small Corner Chair measuring 58 x 29 inches renders support for symmetrical posture, midline control of head as well as trunk and improve breathing for children who have low trunk tone. The stiff, padded insert which converts the V-shaped back to a 3-sectioned, winged back and can be detached to meet the postural needs of the individual child. The corner-shaped back reduces scapular and shoulder retraction, a pattern seen frequently in children who cannot stabilize against gravity. Includes seat belt and 4 inch casters. Chair has a 12 inch deep padded seat with 8 inch deep back insert and a 3 inch abductor. The detachable tray is 15 x 17 inch and adjusts vertically and horizontally. Seat can be raised so the child can be positioned in short or long sitting. Chair sides are 20 inches and have a 27 inch removable and adjustable padded head support so that the child gains balance in sitting as well as confidence to try new motion skills. Suits children 39 inch tall, ages 8 months to 4 years.
