CPO Science features complete, coordinated active learning core curriculum programs rich in STEM connections and aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). With the Electric Circuits collection, students will learn and enact fascinating investigations with light bulb circuits and resistor circuits using this intuitive and easy-to-use module. Students will discover and retain key concepts such as Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Laws, current, voltage, and series and parallel circuits.

STEM concepts covered in Electric Circuits include capacitors, compound circuits, current, electromagnets, engineering design, Ohm's Law, parallel circuits, resistance, semiconductors, series circuits, and voltage.

• CPO Science Link engages students and boosts understanding of key concepts with hands-on science and engineering investigations and innovative digital learning experiences
• All modules consist of investigations and teacher's guide, hands-on equipment, tablet-enabled learning, and online multimedia content with whiteboard resources
• Program for middle school or high school accommodates differentiated instruction and can be used to enhance any existing traditional or alternative curriculum
• Concepts covered meet STEM, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and Common Core State Standards Initiatives
• Electric Circuits addresses MS-ETS1-1, MS-PS2-3, HS-PS2-5, HS-PS2-6, and HS-PS3-5 for NGSS performance expectations
