Description
Stress and tension will melt away with this weighted Lavender Scented neck wrap. The wrap is filled with clay beads and lavender and cradles your neck and shoulders. Outer cover is made of 100 percent polyester; filling is made of clay beads and lavender. Full wrap weighs 4 pounds and measures 9 L x 3 W x 7 D inches.
For Cold Therapy: place the shoulder wrap in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Remove from plastic bag and apply wrap to the desired area.
For Hot Therapy: place the shoulder wrap in the microwave and heat in 30 second intervals until the desired warmth is reached (do not exceed 2 minutes total heating). Never leave unattended in a microwave. Always check the temperature before applying the wrap to the body.
