Description

Kids can experiment with different combinations of gears and pulleys, dialing in the mechanical advantage to make their car go faster, conquer obstacles, or pull a load. Kids can even go totally off-road/outside the box and use their parts to engineer a walking robot! Grades 5 – 12 (different documents for different ages). Some adult assistance is helpful for 5th-graders. TeacherGeek is not a toy; it’s way better! Kids love making real things, especially when they get to use age-appropriate tools. Kids will need a TeacherGeek Multi-Cutter, Phillips screwdriver, pliers, and 2 AA Batteries to make each Car.
