Terms & Conditions

Orders must exclusively contain designated Quickship items to qualify. If an order includes both Quickship and standard lead time items, or Quickship items with varying lead times, the longest lead time will apply.

The specified lead time begins once the manufacturer receives the purchase order, so please allow extra time for processing and shipping; however, for Quickship orders, all information must be complete and correct at the time of receipt, as any missing or incorrect details will delay the start of the Quickship lead time until resolved in writing.

Orders exceeding the published quantity limits, or multiple orders from a single customer that collectively exceed these limits, will be processed according to the standard lead time.

In the event the purchase order fails to meet all the terms and conditions herein, School Specialty shall not be liable to customer for any consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to any damages resulting from loss of use or profits, arising out of or in connection with date(s) of delivery or installation, or lead times, whether in an action based on contract (including “charge-backs”, “late fees” or similar), tort (including negligence), strict liability, expressed or implied warranty or any other legal theory permitted under applicable law, even if customer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
