It features superior traction and shock absorption. It is made of 2 inches crosslink foam providing a firm feel and superior shock absorption. It comes with a storage strap and includes a 42 feet x 4 inches hook and loop fastening material for attaching adjoining rolls to create larger workout areas. With EZ Roll Roll the foam is scored every 4 inches allowing for easier roll up.
