The playful shape of the SqUoosh Chair is designed specifically to squeeze into the child when sitting on it, providing a gentle, calming proprioceptive "hug" to help their systems organize. The bottom of the sqUoosh has a small flat section for some stability, but can easily be rocked to add a vestibular element.
